Man charged with pub and flat burglary

Pub robbery: A 34-year-old man has been charged with burgling a Lincoln pub and flat in September.

A man was charged with the burglary of a pub and a flat in the city at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 14.

Perry Raymond Calvert (34), of no fixed abode, was charged with burglary at the Duke William Pub in Bailgate on September 11, where he allegedly stole an iPhone.

He was also charged with burglary of a flat on Greetwell Gate, Lincoln, on the same night, where he allegedly stole limited edition coins, jewellery, and a laptop.

Calvert has been granted bail until 2pm on September 28, on the conditions that he remains in a house on Bruce Street, Leicester.

He also has to obey a 7pm to 7am curfew, and not to enter Lincolnshire, except to talk to police or go to court.
