Children’s play to scare away the crows

Family fun: A children’s play about crows looks to lift those winter blues away with humour.

An uplifting play for all the family will visit the Lincoln Drill Hall next month. The Scarecrow is written by award-winning children’s playwright Mike Kenny.

It follows the tale of a scarecrow who is plagued by crows that keep on returning to him, after he has chased them away.

The play, by Ajtc Theatre Company, is performed by just two actors and a musician using music and puppetry, as well as plenty of fun.

The show is at 1.30pm on February 26, and tickets cost £6. Tickets can be bought online or from the Drill Hall’s Box Office.
