Burglaries targeted by Operation Fusion

Operation Fusion: Lincolnshire Police arrested three men on burglary suspicions on March 9 alone.

Lincolnshire Police’s Operation Fusion has helped arrest and trial a man on suspicion of burglary.

Police arrested 31-year-old Lee Hodson of Connaught Terrace (pictured), Lincoln on March 9 on suspicion of a flat burglary between March 4 and 7.

From the flat in South Park, Lincoln, a laptop, mobile phone and cash had been stolen.

Hodson was remanded in custody and appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court yesterday, and will be trial at Lincoln Crown Court at a later date.

Operation Fusion was also key in arresting two other men (aged 28 and 30) on the same day on suspicion of burgling a garage off High Street, Lincoln.

The offenders have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
