Your chance to comment on East Coast Trains

Live debate: Commuters using East Coast Trains will be able to ask questions and leave comments for the top decision makers of the company.

East Coast Trains are giving residents the chance to talk to the team at the top of the company about its services and how it could be improved on a new online live forum.

The forum will allow customers and stakeholders to ask the directors and senior managers of East Coast anything, from questions to comments or suggestions regarding its southern services between Lincoln and London King’s Cross.

People taking part can also view other people’s queries and their answers on the discussion board.

The first in a series of live debates will be held on November 22 between midday and 3pm on www.talk.eastcoast.co.uk.

East Coast Managing Director Karen Boswell said: “We’re very much looking forward to the new online forums as they will give us the chance to hear first hand from our customers and stakeholders, on what we do well now and where we could do better.

“Every piece of constructive feedback we will receive will be highly valuable to us and will receive a response from the most appropriate director or senior manager.

“We hope many of our customers and stakeholders will take the opportunity to give us their views.”
