Police probe into suspicious Stamp End fire

Lincolnshire Police are seeking witnesses to an arson incident at Shuttleworth House on Stamp End that took place at around 8pm on Saturday, February 4.

A small fire in a store cupboard away from the residential areas of the building was quickly extinguished by the local fire crew.

Although the fire is being treated as arson, police say the location was such that the residents were not at risk of harm.

Officers suspect the fire was a deliberate ignition.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, or anyone with any information about the offence, to contact them on 101, quoting incident 542 of February 4.
