A new Dunelm Mill store in Lincoln has created 25 new jobs in the city, with more jobs potentially on the way.
The national brand store, which sells a variety of homeware for each room, moved into the unit from its old location off Outer Circle Road.
Mayor of Lincoln Councillor Karen Lee and City Sheriff Melanie Tointon officially opened the new branch on February 28.
Overall, the branch will create 50 new jobs, as 25 other staff will be employed if the store takes off. Around 800 people applied for the roles.
The new Dunelm store spans two storeys, and also has a coffee shop.
Councillor Lee said: “The new Dunelm store is full of fabulous things for the home and I’m especially pleased that it has provided so many much-needed new jobs for Lincoln.”
