Re-appeal for info on Lincoln sexual assault on deaf woman

Help needed again: Police hope residents will be able to recognise three men who could assist in a sexual assault enquiry.

Lincolnshire Police are re-appealing for information after a serious sexual assault on a deaf woman in Lincoln in 2010.

The incident happened at the Sippers pub on Broadgate, Lincoln, between 1.30am and 3am on December 18, 2010.

It is alleged that a 22-year-old deaf woman was the victim of a sexual assault.

Police then released CCTV images of a man believed to be in the area at the time of the incident, plus images of two men who may know him.

Officers hope that residents may recognise any of the people in the images.

DS Cunningham said: “We know this took place a long time ago, but these men may still live in the area or visit regularly and we would like anyone who recognises them, or the men themselves, to get in touch as soon as possible.”
