2 Boys in a Boat: Watch how Lincolnshire record-breakers Luke and Jamie rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic for charity.

The world-record-breaking Lincolnshire duo who became the youngest pair ever to row across the Atlantic are looking back over their journey with an emotional video.

Luke Birch, from Doddington near Lincoln, and best friend Jamie Sparks (both 21) began their trip on December 4, 2013, from La Gomera in the Canaries, and arrived at the finish line in Antigua after 54 days 5 hours and 56 minutes at sea.

After a triumphant finish, the team dubbed ‘2 Boys in a Boat’ also broke new ground as the single biggest donators to Breast Cancer Care, raising over £300,000 for the charity.

The 3,000 mile Atlantic rowing challenge was captured on film by sponsors Duracell, looking into the ups and downs of the journey.
