One dead after A15 Navenby crash

Three-car crash: One person has died after a crash on the A15 at Navenby on Thursday afternoon.

One person has died after a crash on the A15 at Navenby on Thursday afternoon.

Another person with a potentially serious injury has been airlifted to hospital.

The three-car collision was reported to Lincolnshire Police at 4.40pm on May 8.

Fire and Rescue, police, and ambulance attended.

There are no details on the vehicles involved at this stage.

Road closures have been put in place around the area at the RAF Digby crossroads, Holdingham roundabout, and the junction with the B1202.

Motorists are asked to avoid the A15 and find alternative routes between Bracebridge Heath onto the A15 and Holdingham roundabout.

Because of the nature of the incident the road is likely to remain closed for some time.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident 258 of May 8.
