Over 100 new homes completed in Cherry Willingham

Cherry expansion: The final plot on a 110-home housing development has been completed in Cherry Willingham near Lincoln.

The final plot on a 110-home housing development has been completed in Cherry Willingham as part of an effort to support a rising need for homes in the Lincoln village.

The site, re-named Jubilee Park, was developed through a partnership between West Lindsey District Council’s Building Control Service and Taylor Lindsey Homes.

The development was completed on August 15 and all plots on the site have now been sold or reserved.

The Jubilee Park site consists of 110 new properties.

Trevor Durant, Building Control Manager at West Lindsey District Council, said: “As one of the premier house builders in our area, we are pleased to be working with Taylor Lindsey in delivering this successful development and look to continuing working together on the Minster Fields development and the future Roman Gate development.

“The supply of quality housing is vital in securing a stable economic future for the local area”.
