North Kesteven School have been awarded for its good use of an online service to help pupils study for exams.
The school was presented with an award by the Business Development Manager of SAM Learning for their use of the Online Education Service.
The tool helps students revise in an interactive way, alongside exam practice.
The school is in the top thirty schools in the country for its use of the service, even though it was introduced only earlier this year.
Year 11 students taking their exams this summer described it as being helpful during their GCSE revision and the school believes it was a contributory factor to 67% of students achieving a grade A*-C, including English and Maths.
Andy Anderson, Progress Leader in Science said: “I was really pleased that North Kesteven School has been given this award as recognition of the work and progress made by pupils and staff in just six months.
“It is our aim that we can develop and spread the use of this website across all subject areas so that pupils are further supported across the whole curriculum.”
