Lincoln man jailed after making “hideously graphic” images of children

“Horrific case”: A Lincoln man has been sentenced for making, possessing and distributing indecent and extreme images of children.

Lincoln man Noah Yabbacome, 24, has been sentenced for making, possessing and distributing indecent images of children and extreme images, including bestiality.

Yabbacome, formally of Newport, Lincoln, was sentenced to a year in jail and a ten year sexual harm prevention order when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday, March 27.

He was originally charged with:

  • Three counts of making indecent images of children in Lincolnshire
  • Possession of 811 indecent images
  • Possession of 21 extreme images (bestiality)
  • Possession of seven prohibited images
  • Distribution of indecent images of children
  • Two counts of attempting to incite a child into sexual activity

Yabbacome appeared at Lincoln Crown Court in November 2014 and was accused of attempting to encourage a child to engage in sexual activity with a dog.

Whilst on bail in Nottinghamshire, Yabbacombe was arrested again and was found to be in possession of indecent images of children.

He was further charged with three counts of making images, and possession of 717 indecent images of children.

The indecent images covered all categories including the most extreme.

Yabbacome pleaded guilty to all offences.

Detective Sergeant Vicky Midgley, of the Lincolnite Police Internet Child Abuse Team said: “The breadth and gravity of the young man’s offending, especially as he offended on bail, makes this one of the most horrific cases I have been involved with.

“He is a depraved individual. Some of the detail officers have had to consider as part of the investigation is amongst the most hideously graphic I have seen.”
