A man has been hit by a bus on Ruskin Avenue in Lincoln.
Lincolnshire Police received reports that a cyclist had been hit by a bus at 3.19 on March 25, ambulance staff were also called to the scene.
The collision occurred at the junction of Wragby Road with Ruskin Avenue.
Police said early indications are that the cyclist has suffered serious injuries. No one on the bus is believed to have been injured.
Ruskin Avenue is closed at the time of writing, as well as a section of Wragby Road near Tesco and connecting roads approaching Ruskin Avenue.
Police and ambulance staff are at the scene. The public should avoid the area for the next several hours whilst an investigation into what happened is commenced.
