Lincoln man taken to hospital after stabbing in lift

Lift stabbing: Lincolnshire Police are investigating a stabbing in Lincoln which left a 35-year-old man requiring hospital treatment.

Police are investigating a stabbing in Lincoln which left a 35-year-old man requiring hospital treatment.

The incident took place on the evening of Friday, September 18, in William House on Picton Street.

The victim, who does not live at the address, received injuries to his leg which police have said is “consistent with a stabbing.”

He was taken to the vascular ward at the Pilgrim Hospital in Boston but did not require surgery.

Three people were arrested by police but have since been released without any further action.
