Britain’s Got Talent to hold auditions in Lincoln

Do you have what it takes?: Talent scouts are on their way to Lincoln to pluck out the best of the area’s show stopping performers.

The intimate auditions will not be in show style, and there are no tickets for spectators at this stage in the audition process.


Talent scouts for one of the hottest shows on UK television are poised to scour the stages of Lincoln to find this year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner.

The team behind the ITV show are coming to the city on Monday, October 19, celebrating the show’s 10th anniversary.

For now, the location of the pre-audition event is being kept under wraps.

People can also start to fill in their application forms online

An ITV spokesperson said: “Britain’s Got Talent is back, celebrating its 10 year anniversary and we’re on the lookout for more amazing acts.

“Previous winners Paul Potts, Diversity, Collabro and Ashleigh & Pudsey changed their lives forever by applying for the show and this year, it could be your turn.

“If you’ve got an amazing talent that you think will wow the judges, then we want to see it!”

It has been confirmed that the line up of judges this year will remain with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.
