Delays are expected after a sewer collapsed at the junction of the A158 and the B1202 in Wragby

Anglian Water will carry out the repairs and will close Victoria Street in Wragby immediately.

The traffic lights will also need to be shut off and will only be working one phase at a time.  Temporary lights will be controlled manually during busy/peak periods including mornings and late afternoons on working days, and throughout the day over the weekend.

The works are likely to lead to significant delays and long tailbacks during busy periods, and drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.

It’s unclear at this stage how long the works will take.

Notification signs for eastbound and westbound traffic will be in place well in advance of the works, near Lincoln and Horncastle.
