Lincolnshire Police are appealing to a missing 16-year-old to make contact as concerns for her safety grow.

Chantelle Whitehead from Skegness was reported missing by her family on Bank Holiday Monday but was last seen on the morning of March 17.

It is thought that she may be in the Lincoln area.

Officers say Chantelle has made some contact via Facebook since she went missing but nothing has been heard from her in the last few days and concern is growing for her welfare.

Chantelle is 5’9″, of slim build, with short, dark, curly hair.

When last seen, she was wearing black leggings, black boots and a black waterproof jacket.

Anyone who has seen Chantelle, or have any information concerning her whereabouts, ahould call 101, quoting incident number 263 of March 28, 2016.
