The 2015 Santa Fun Run marked the tenth year ‘Santas’ of all ages and abilities snaked through historic uphill Lincoln.

Some 2,500 runners, adorned in red and white, raised a total of £102,723 when they took to the Bailgate in Lincoln – far surpassing the target of £100,000.

The cheque was presented to charity recipients at the headquarters of the race’s title sponsors Running Imp.

Among teams participating was ‘Team Linkage’, with the money raised from the run going to the charity’s £250,000 Boultham Park Capital Appeal.

Almost 100 people supported Linkage in the race, managing to raise £9,748.
