Two charged with murder after fatal stabbing in Lincolnshire

Murder investigation: A man and a woman have been charged with the murder of 44-year-old Wayne Baxter.

A man and woman have been charged with the murder of 44-year-old Wayne Baxter, who was stabbed to death in a Lincolnshire town this week.

As previously reported, police launched an investigation into the incident, which happened in Croft Bank near Skegness on March 2.

Wayne had suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Saturday, March 5, Sean Booth, 25, and Sarah Booth, 36, both of Craft Bank, were charged with his murder.

They will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 7.

Detectives are still appealing for anyone who was in the Woolpack Pub who may have witnessed an altercation at that location on March 2 to come forward.
