Two hospitalised after serious A15 crash

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a serious crash on the A15 hospitalised two drivers.

Emergency services are at the scene at the time of writing and a section of the A15 Bourne Road at Aslackby near Sleaford is closed.

The collision, involving a grey Peugeot 3008 and a blue Ford Ka, happened at about 4.40pm on Wednesday, March 9.

One of the drivers has been taken by air ambulance to the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham, the other driver has been taken to Peterborough City Hospital.

PS Dave Mitchell from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “We have closed the road while we investigate the cause of the crash. I would ask anyone who witnessed the crash to please give me a call.”
