A Lincoln teen faced robbers head on when they struck him round the head to steal the bike he was riding.

At around 5.30pm on Wednesday, April 20 a 17-year-old boy was riding his mountain bike along Jasmin Road towards Birchwood Avenue when he was approached by two unknown men.

They struck him to the head, knocking him to the ground, and then took his bike. The victim managed to get up and grabbed the bike from the two men before cycling off.

The first suspect is described as white, in his early twenties, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with short dark hair, cleanly shaven and carrying a can of Stella Artois.

He was wearing a blue Adidas hoody and grey tracksuit bottoms. The second suspect is described as white, in his twenties, 5ft 1in tall, of medium build, cleanly shaven and also carrying a can of Stella Artois.

He was wearing a dark coloured baseball cap, red Adidas tracksuit top and grey Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
