The A158 between Horncastle and Hagworthingham has been closed after a double decker bus caught fire near the Winceby Top turnoff around 10am on Friday, July 1.

Police say it is unclear how long the road will remain closed as the road surface will need to be assessed once the fire is out.

All passengers were safely removed from the bus and there are no reports of any injuries.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and follow diversion directions.
