Lincolnshire Police are investigating claims that a customer stole alcohol and groceries from a co-op store near Lincoln.

The theft occurred at the Nettleham co-op on September 17 at around 1.45pm.

Officers have released a CCTV image of a woman they believe may be able to help with their inquiries.

She is of a slight build with brown hair and was wearing a maroon t-shirt with grey trousers.

Anyone who recognises this woman should call Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident 269 of September 17.
