The building will see a small glazed shop front extension added to the Lincoln Imp pub off Riseholme Road, ahead of plans to turn it into a Heron Foods store.

The site on Blankney Crescent will also be stripped and new steel columns and beams will be added to the existing building.

Lincoln Imp pub has Blankney Crescent to the west, Scopwick Place to the north and Laughton Way to the east and is located within a residential area with Riseholme Road running in a north/south direction to the west.
