Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police Bill Skelly will be answering The Lincolnite readers’ questions live as he approaches is five month milestone in the role.

Chief Constable Skelly will take part in an exclusive interview on Thursday, May 18 from midday, which will be live streamed on The Lincolnite‘s Facebook page.

The interview will also be available to watch back on the website afterwards.

He will be addressing a range of topics and issues from funding to policing numbers and new technology in the force, as well as addressing comments and questions sent directly from residents.

Bill Skelly officially stepped into the role in February 2017, taking over from the former chief constable Neil Rhodes.

During his first few weeks in the office, Bill told The Lincolnite he was keen to maintain policing numbers and would also be focussing on decreasing sexual offending and the number of fatalities on Lincolnshire roads.
