Lincolnshire Police are investigating a report of a sexual assault on a woman in her late teens in the early hours of this morning in Lincoln.

Witnesses are being sought to the incident which happened at around 4am on Saturday, May 20 in the area of St Benedict’s Square.

The assault involved a woman in her late teens and a man described as being in his early 20s, of slim build and with short ginger hair.

Anyone who has information or things they may have seen something that they think could be relevant to the investigation is being asked to call 101 quoting incident number 82 of May 20.
