Gates have now opened at the 133rd Lincolnshire Show, with up to 60,000 visitors expected at the two-day event celebrating all that the county has to offer.

The weather is set to be a bit mixed, with the possibility of glorious sunshine, cloud, light rain and even thunderstorms across the two days.

Below is the all important weather forecast from the Met Office:

Wednesday

The first day of the show is set to be the warmest, with temperatures rising to up 27°C in the late afternoon and into the early evening.

Temperatures in the morning will range from 19°C at around 9am, rising to 22°C by midday, so you will definitely want to pack your suncream.

The brightest time of the day is also set to be in the morning, with it potentially clouding over in the afternoon.

A weather warning has been issued for torrential downpours and thunderstorms.

However, many places will miss these altogether.

Thursday

The second day of the show will be a bit cooler, with temperatures peaking at 21°C and 22°C.

The weather warning expires at 6am, so visitors should avoid the predicted thunderstorms.

Morning conditions look to be relatively cloudy, with the chance of light rain showers in the afternoon.
