A Lincoln care home has been rated ‘Good’ in all areas by the Care Quality Commission.

Neale Court Care Home in North Hykeham was awarded the rating after an unannounced inspection.

The report said: “People were at the centre of the caring process and staff acknowledged them as unique individuals. People were always treated with dignity and respect.”

Alykhan Kachra, the managing director of Contry Court Care, said: “The staff team here at Neale Court Care Home go the extra mile every day to deliver excellent care and meaningful opportunities for our residents, this is reflected in the positive comments in the report”.

Relatives of the residents told the CQC that the staff were “amazing” with one stating that their relative is “really happy and settled here.”

The report also found that people were helped to maintain their sense of identity and purpose and residence were complimentary on the homely atmosphere, accommodation and kitchen services.
