Police are investigating following reports of a man allegedly masturbating on Lincoln High Street.

Footage of the man was posted on Facebook yesterday, with members of the public claiming they had seen him masturbating next to Ernest Jones opposite Primark.

In the footage published on social media, the man is seen with his hand behind a shopping bag, but it is unclear what he is doing.

Gemma Cutler posted on Facebook: “This man was doing his business while facing me in [the city centre].

“Does anyone know this person? If you do please tell him he’s on the police radar.”

The video has been shared almost 200 times on social media.

Police are now investigating the incident

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “Our local inspector has assigned an investigating officer and we have opened incident 128 of July 13 in relation to this.

“If anyone has information or evidence they should call 101 quoting the incident number.”
