On September 15 and 16, lovers of the spirit can visit the Drill Hall for two days gin tasting.

Hosted by the Gin Society, tickets will cost £7.50 plus a booking fee from the website.

There will be over 90 different gins to try, prosecco cocktails and live entertainment throughout the event.

Session times include:

  • Saturday, September 16: 12.30pm – 5pm
  • Saturday, September 16: 6.30pm – 11pm

Once in the festival, ticket holders will be given their own The Gin Society gin goblet and a Gin Guide booklet that will give facts about all the different gins, as well as recommended mixes and garnishes.

Gin Vouchers are available in values of £5, £10 or £20. Standard single gins (25ml) cost £5 with a complimentary mixer and garnish, while prosecco cocktails (200ml) cost £10.
