Neighbourhood policing teams have issued an appeal for witnesses and information after a farm was targeted by arsonists.

The fire was started when a plastic container was set alight at a farm in Broadholme, Saxilby just after 8pm on Monday, August 21.

Police have said that damage has been caused to the property. They added that a number of youths were seen previously at the location.

Saxilby fire crews attended the fire and used one hose reel to extinguish the plastic container.

The Gainsborough Rural South policing team issued a neighbourhood alert asking for anyone who knows who may have been involved to call 101 quoting incident number 463 of August 21.
