Mansfield fan charged after flare thrown at Lincoln City home game

He will appear before court at a later date.

A football fan has been charged after a flare was thrown at a Lincoln City home game at the weekend.

Lucasz Rojek, 18, of Milton Street, Mansfield, has been charged with throwing a missile at the Mansfield Town/Lincoln City match on Saturday, September 16.

A yellow flare was set off in the Stacey West stand at Sincil Bank just before the game, and another during the game.

Rojek was arrested after throwing the flare and has since been charged.

He will appear before Lincoln Magistrates Court on October 19.
