The Museum of Lincolnshire Life hosted a weekend of model railways, showcasing the fascinating and detailed work of the Lincoln and District Model Railway Club.
Entry was free at the exhibition with six different layouts in two rooms, showing the various scales that are used for model railways.
The modellers didn’t restrict themselves to the trains and tracks, with entire cityscapes and countryside scenes showcased as well.
Of note was the Peakdale, a stunning recreation of Derbyshire’s White Peak, complete with multiple arch high viaduct.
