Planet Circus heading to Lincolnshire Showground this month

Planet Circus, one of the oldest circus families in Europe, will bring their award-winning acts to Lincolnshire Showground later this month.

The traditional circus entertainment is a two hour production for all the family and will take place from Saturday, October 24 until Sunday, November 1. This year is the 10th anniversary of Planet Circus and the circus family are from Lincoln.

Planet Circus says it is a COVID-secure venue and has been approved by the DCMS (Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) that it can go ahead.

Masks must be worn while walking around the big top, but can be removed once seated, and there will be a reduced capacity to ensure social distancing can be maintained. Hand sanitising stations will also be available and cash payments will be accepted.

Tickets, which are priced at £7.99 Monday and Tuesday – Friday seats are all two for one and weekend tickets range from £9 to £20.25.

On Saturdays one child can enter free with every paying adult.

Tickets can be purchased via Skiddle, TicketWeb and Eventbrite. When purchasing tickets at the box office details will be taken for Track & Trace, but this does not apply to online tickets.

The performance times are 3pm & 7pm on weekdays, 12pm, 2.30pm and 5pm on Saturdays, and 12pm and 2.30pm on Sundays.
