The Bishop of Lincoln’s Office supports the work of the bishop of Lincoln, and his fellow bishops of Grimsby and Grantham, as he leads the diocese of Lincoln in Christian mission and service to the people of Greater Lincolnshire as an efficient administrative centre. 

It is important that all those involved in the life of the diocese of Lincoln, both lay and ordained, have a sense that they are profoundly valued and cared for pastorally, spiritually and personally. All members of the bishop’s team, including the Administration Secretary, are crucial in making this a reality.
