    Description

    LCS IT Solutions are looking for a switched on, conscientious IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Washingborough to deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk support to our clients in the business and education sectors.

    You’ll need:

    • 2 years+  previous experience of delivering IT helpdesk support
    • Practical experience of Microsoft desktop operating systems
    • Working experience of supporting Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365 Administration, Group Policy Management, DHCP, DNS, NAT, PAT, IP routing and Hyper-V (essential)
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Friendly and professional telephone manner (an absolute must!)

    Hours of work are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
