    Junior Sous Required for Top 10 Lincoln Gastro pub

    We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a fantastic, fast growing independent company, which can offer some amazing opportunities.

    The ideal candidate

    You will have a drive, passion & flare for all things food. You must have the ability to work within a fast paced environment and have a proven history of working in similar roles. You must have a strong desire to push forward our reputation for excellent food along with the ability to create amazing fresh dishes, working alongside our current talented team and head Chef.

    The role

    • Support senior chefs with the day to day running of the kitchen
    • Responsible for running your own section
    • Passion to create aspirational dishes
    • Meet KPI’s and targets set
    • Help maintain HACCP and EHO compliance


    • At least one years experience as a CDP or Junior Sous
    • Creative flair, passion and back ground in fresh food
    • Excellent people, communication  skills
    • HACCP experience and basic food hygiene

    Salary £18,000 per annum + good tips
