There has never been a more exciting time to work for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice. An ambitious and innovative organisation, we are looking for an equally ambitious individual to fill a brand new role of People Support Manager in our new People Development team.
We are entering an exciting period of change and you will have the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of the ‘People’ team for the organisation.
You will be a true ‘People Partner’ supporting managers, staff and volunteers across the whole organisation and ensuring your team delivers an efficient and customer focussed service. You will also be an ambassador for the department and as such possess excellent communication and liaison skills coupled with a positive can-do and results focussed approach.
The post holder will have existing Human Resources expertise, particularly in the provision of employee relations support, recruitment and retention strategies, and as an experienced leader you will know how to work with your team and wider colleagues to focus on delivering a high level service to the organisation, whilst also having the ability to identify personal development and training needs to support line managers across the Trust.
You must be able to quickly build strong internal and external relationships and have excellent coaching, training and facilitation skills.
This is a challenging role with a broad scope of responsibility so we are looking for someone who will work with determination to achieve results in a friendly and credible manner.
Permanent Full-Time Post, working 37.5 hours per week.
£28,570 per annum plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension and childcare voucher.Apply for this job →
