- Recruiting tenants to get involved with the council.
We are looking for people who have skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Resident Involvement
- Community or customer engagement
- Project management
- Volunteer management
- Social media
- Communications or public relations.

Work hours and location
The post is 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday, generally within office hours, however there will be occasional evening and weekend work. The position is based at City Hall and will require regular travel to meetings within Lincoln.
The City of Lincoln Council owns and manages around 8,000 council homes within Lincoln. To help deliver a high quality housing service we want to and need to involve our residents. This is to make sure they have a say and can influence decisions made about their homes. The role of the resident involvement team is to make sure there is an effective involvement structure in place that leads to meaningful engagement with our tenants.
