Bishop Grosseteste University are looking to appoint three SME Business Support Coordinator’s to deliver a significant and exciting multi-year project jointly funded by EU ESIF. This high-profile project has deliverables that include a significant grant funding “pot” targeted at supporting small/micro businesses and a development programme for owner/managers.
The focus of the Support Coordinator’s will be the delivery of high quality focused business support and advice to SMEs within the GLLEP area with a view to generating more efficient operations, innovation, growth and employment opportunities.
The Development Coordinators will support the Project Manager in the execution of the delivery and engagement plan and undertake initial eligibility and diagnostic checks with potential SMEs clients. They will be fully engaged in the development of the Support Plan for each SME and delivery of the agreed business support interventions. The project is ERDF/ESIF funded so experience in delivering ERDF projects is desirable but not essential. Experience of working to support SME’s, particularly small and micro businesses is an advantage.
As the project covers the whole of Greater Lincolnshire, extensive travel will be required and access to a car is essential.
