The Human League to play at Engine Shed

Blast from the past: The Human League will be coming to the Engine Shed this Christmas with their new tour.

The Human League will be playing the Lincoln Engine Shed this Christmas.

Coming to the venue on December 17th, the widely-known band originally formed in 1977 in Sheffield. They really took off in the 1980’s, and after many changes in line up the band now consists of frontman Philip Oakey and backing singers Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley.

Though the three-piece are best known by all ages for their song Don’t You Want Me, The Human League have released 26 singles with eight top 10s, two of which were number ones. They have also recorded nine studio albums and done 350 concerts.

Tickets are available now from the Engine Shed and LPAC Box Office, costing £23.50. Doors open at 7pm and is strictly for those aged 18 and over.
