Original on December 1 @8.14am —
Due to December 1’s weather conditions, East Midlands trains have announced they will be cancelling and altering their train services.
Passengers are advised to look online before starting their journey, as trains could be cancelled at short-notice.
Trains that are not cancelled may cause very extended journeys as well, so passengers should leave extra time to travel.
East Midlands Trains’ website will be giving service updates throughout the day to all passengers travelling.
National Rail Enquires will be including all the disruption information alongside travellers’ journeys, with live departure boards and journey planners.
Northern Rail, who operate the Lincoln to Sheffield and Adwick route, have also announced that they will be experiencing disruption to their lines.
