Newland Contraceptive Services relocate

Moving house: Contraceptive services in Lincoln will be moving into the new Lindon House.

The contraceptive services in Newland Health Centre will be moving to Lindon House next week.

From March 7, Contraceptive and Genito Urinary Services will be located at the new NHS health service centre on Dixon Street.

The service now provides confidential sexual and contraceptive health advice (appointment or drop-in sessions), free condoms, Intra-Uterine Devices and help with contraceptives e.g. removal.

Lindon House offers more parking space and transport links to and from the city for patients.

Clinical Nurse Specialist Helen Oliver said: “Lindon House is an ideal location for our Contraceptive Health Services.

“Genito Urinary Services transferred to this location in January, by offering these services in one place it makes it easier for people to get the advice and treatment they need.

“We will continue to support and help anybody who is worried or has questions about their contraceptive and sexual health options.

“We can offer patients an appointment within 48 hours, just call the central booking line to schedule an appointment.”

To book an appointment at Lindon House, call 01522 539145.
