Lincoln Craft & Gift Fair

Autumn crafts: Lincoln crafters and artists gathered at The Assembly Rooms on November 3 for a vibrant seasonal fair.

The County Assembly Rooms in the Bailgate played host to a vibrant Craft & Gift Fair, run by Sunbeam Fairs & Events, on Sunday November 3.

Dressed in Halloween-themed decorations, the venue welcomed various Lincoln crafters, collectables, arts and even some extremely popular birds of prey.

Among the many stalls, visitors to the fair could browse a selection of jewellery, handmade furnishings and gifts, all with one thing in common: creativity.

At the fair, shoppers could discover cake stands made of vinyl records, furniture reclaimed and even cuddly toys made from socks.

The open bar in the Oval Room served hot drinks and snacks throughout the day and visitors also had the chance to meet some feathered friends from Andy’s Birds of Prey.

If you missed the Craft and Gift Fair on November 3, you can look out for the Christmas Craft Fair on December 1. Sunbeam Fairs & Events are scheduled to host monthly events at The Assembly Rooms from February 2014.
