Sneak peek: Accountants in their pants charity calendar

Not the usual work day: Twelve partners and staff from a Lincolnshire accounting firm have shed their suits for a calendar to raise money for charity.

Twelve partners and staff from a Lincolnshire accounting firm have shed their suits for a calendar to raise money for charity.

The Streets Chartered Accountants team posed in their branded boxer shorts in some unusual locations for a calendar in aid on St Barnabas Hospice.

They have been working on the calendar over the past two months with the help of local companies and the calendar is now available to purchase.

The calendar is £10 and all proceeds from the calendar will go to St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice, the charity that provides comfort, care and relief for cancer patients.

Paul Tutin, Streets Chairman and Managing Partner, also shed his suit in the calendar and said: “Few of us are likely to be giving up the accountancy profession for a career in modelling although April looks promising!”

Paul added: “The work, care and support of St Barnabas has touched many of our lives including family members and colleagues at our firm.

“In recognition of this, we thought doing a charity calendar and something outside of our comfort zone would be an excellent way of recognising what St Barnabas does and at the same time helping to raise funds for this worthy cause.”

Erica Manderfield, Tax Manager at Streets, together with Kerry Hubbard, the wife of one of the partners, Chris Hubbard, came up with the idea of the calendar originally.

Erica said: “I am delighted with the calendars, the photographs are truly fabulous, and surprisingly the models were a dream to work with.

“Full marks go to Bluestorm for their creative design and Ruddocks for the first class print, last but not least Stuart Wilde whose vision and photography has helped make this exciting project perfect.”

To buy your copy of the charity calendar you can either complete and return the order form, or email your order to [email protected].
