Wyvern House opens for business in Lincoln

Wyvern House: Lincolnshire County Council are welcoming prospective businesses to view new executive office suites in the city centre.

Business professionals in Lincoln are being invited to view new executive suite offices in the centre of the city.

Wyvern House, located on Kesteven Street, is a development hosted by Lincolnshire County Council.

The new space consists of seven high-quality suite offices, meeting spaces, communal kitchens, showers and disabled toilets on each floor.

All suites are carpeted, decorated, lit and have IT wiring network installed. Residents will have access to car parking and a lift to provide DDA access.

Renewable technology has also been incorporated into the construction to reduce utility costs.

Councillor Colin Davie, Executive Member for Economic Development, said: “Wyvern House is an ideal home for any up-and-coming business.

“Each unit provides a modern space, complete with a good broadband connection, a shared meeting space and parking.

Plans for the neighbouring East West Link Road were finalised in December 2012 when the County Council Planning and Regulation Committee gave their full approval for the £20m project.

Businesses at Wyvern House are hoped to benefit from the project and it’s direct links to other cities.

“It’s proximity to the forthcoming East West Link Road makes it an attractive location for any business looking to move or expand within the city,” added Councillor Colin Davie.

“They’ll also benefit from being close to the train station and its direct link to London.”
