Rural experts appointed at Lincoln estate agents branch

Trio of rural experts: Lincoln estate agents made three new appointments focused on rural business.

The Lincoln and Nottingham offices of estate agents Savills have made three new appointments.

Andrew Pearce, Will Parry and Richard Gadd join the real estate advisor this week to help clients with farm sales and purchasing, estate management and valuations.

Andrew Pearce was previously at Chesterton Humberts, leading sale and acquisition of estates and farms for corporate and private clients in the East of England.

He will now be responsible for the Northern Farm Agency team, covering Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Yorkshire, and even stretching up to Cumbria and Scotland.

Meanwhile, Will Parry is joining the firm as Associate Director from Strutt and Parker, where he dealt with the sale and purchase of farms, country estates and land throughout East Midlands. He also worked for county firm Brown & Co.

Richard Gadd will mainly be focused in the Nottingham branch as a Rural Surveyor.

Johnny Dudgeon, Head of Office at Savills Lincoln, said: “This is an exciting time for Savills in the East Midlands and these appointments make an excellent addition to our rural team and will enhance Savills ability to continue to be the market leader in the sale and purchase of agricultural farmland.”

Andrew Pearce, Head of Northern Farm Agency at Savills added: “The East Midlands farm land market is at a crucial time.

“With values forecast to rise, we should see some remarkable purchasing and sales trends emerging locally in 2014.”
