Diddy Disco

When: Saturday February 15, 10.30am – 12pm
Where: Lincoln Drill Hall, Free School Lane, LN2 1EY
Tickets: £3, accompanying adults free

Lincoln Drill Hall will host an event for under 7s. The team play everything from current tunes to rock and roll to disco! All children must be accompanied and face-painting is also available. See our full event listing here.


Terrible Lincolnshire Tales

Terrible Tales of Lincolnshire

When: Wednesday February 19 – Thursday February 20, 2pm
Where:Lincoln Drill Hall
Tickets: £6.50

Do you want to meet Henry VIII or Queen Victoria? Do you want to travel back in time and see what Lincolnshire was really like in the Roman, Tudor or Victorian times? Well now you can! Terrible Tales uses actors together with interactive animation and is presented in the style of popular TV shows, bringing historical figures to life in front of your very eyes! Tick-Tock-WEB

Andy & Mike’s Tick Tock Time Machine

When: Sunday February 16, 2pm
Where: Lincoln Theatre Royal
Tickets: From £12 and £10

Starring Andy Day from Andy’s Wild Adventures (CBeebies) alongside comedy partner Mike James. Join Andy and Mike as they go on a marvellous adventure in a Time Machine which sends them on a quest to collect the things they need from the past to help a very Old Andy in the future.

Bird

Bird Feeder Making

When: Thursday February 20, 11am – 2pm
Where: Lincoln Arboretum, Monks Road

Join the Rangers at the Arboretum in making bird feeders to hang in your garden, which will help our native birds thrive during the cold spell.

Kite Making

When: Tuesday February 18, 1pm
Where: Hartsholme Country Park Visitor Centre, Lincoln LN6 0EY
Tickets: £3.40 per child

Join the Rangers and try your hand at making a kite and see if it flies! Spend some time in the visitors centre creating your very own flying masterpiece.

February Feasting

When: Tuesday February 18 – Thursday February 20
Where: Lincoln Castle, LN1 3AA
Tickets: £3.50 per child including admission to Lincoln Castle

Prepare for a medieval banquet by making tableware, hats and sweet treats. Booking is essential as places are limited. Children may be left with Castle staff.

Dali

Modern Masters Exhibition

When: January 10 – March 30,
Where: The Collection Museum, Lincoln, LN2 1LP

Matisse, Picasso, Dali and Warhol works are due to be exhibited at Lincoln’s Usher Gallery from Friday January 10.

The Modern Masters exhibition brings together some of history’s most iconic and recognisable prints, courtesy of London’s Victoria and Albert Museum where it enjoyed a sell-out run.
