The Next unit in Valentine’s Retail Centre off Tritton Road, which offers womenswear, menswear, children’s and home, will remain open.

Roy Greening, General Manager for Waterside Shopping, said: “With H&M set to open its doors next week, we thought now was the perfect time to announce the opening date for Next.

“The arrival of H&M and Next to the Waterside will help take Lincoln’s high street shopping experience to a new level, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome two of the UK’s most popular fashion brands into the centre.

“The opening of both stores will mark the final stages of our multi-million pound refurbishment, but there’s still more to come as even more renowned retailers make their way to the Waterside in the future.”

As previously reported, since work began to improve the shopping centre, the New Look store revamped with an extension and reconfiguration.

Jones Bootmaker moved in, as well as a brand new food court.

The highest resolution display screen in the UK was added in July and a new H&M store is set to open its doors on Thursday, August 14.
