Ambitious Lincoln travellers could be one step closer to their dream adventure with a special travel show hosted by Lincolnshire Co-op and the University of Lincoln.

The Go Global show is available for all to attend, not just students, and will be held on Wednesday, November 12.

Focusing on active holidays, the show will provide opportunities to speak to specialists, get advice on visas and even listen to talks from experts on teaching English abroad.

“There will also be competitions, activities and much more to get involved in, as well as exclusive special offers.

The show will also include the opportunity to win prizes in a game of travel-themed Plinko.

The show will run from 10am until 3pm, on the first floor of the university’s Atrium building.

Lincolnshire Co-op’s Travel Group Manager, Wayne Dennet, said: “We know that people’s sense of adventure doesn’t wane as they get older.

“It’s never too late to jump on a plane and travel somewhere you’ve always wanted to go.”

“More and more people these days are choosing to spend their money on memorable holidays.

“An experience you’ll remember forever is priceless – and at the travel show, we’ll have everything you need on hand to help you plan an unforgettable trip.”
